Hello, I'm Maya.
I grew up in Little Rock, Arkansas, and now call Washington, D.C. home. I am a graphic designer, photographer, illustrator, and fine artist. Beginning in fine arts, I developed skills in painting and drawing from a young age, exploring diverse mediums throughout my education, which fostered a deep curiosity that eventually led me to pursue graphic design.
Currently, I work at Marriott International Headquarters on a creative team supporting Global Communications and Public Affairs. In this fast-paced role, I manage deadlines with quick turnarounds while delivering quality creative, including graphic design, motion, photography, and illustration.
